Our Caregivers are available round the clock, they are warm and compassionate, treating our residents like family, available to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) our enrichment programs, and reminiscing.
Elena is an accomplished professional in the healthcare and senior care industry and the owner of Tucson Assisted Living Retreat, Tucson Assisted Home Care and Senior Home Advocates (a California placement and case management agency). She has over 35 years of experience working as a nurse, wound care specialist, placement agent, transitional and chronic care case manager, Senior Real Estate Specialist, educator, and speaker for healthcare workers and families
Apart from her professional achievements, Elena is a devoted mother of two young men. She takes pleasure in keeping herself physically active by engaging in regular workouts and has a keen interest in constant self-improvement. Elena also devotes her time to discovering innovative ways to assist her team, the families she serves, and her community.
